Abstract: |
The HGF/c-Met pathway plays an important role in the proliferation, invasion, angiogenesis, and metastasis
of tumors. With the successful development of small molecule c-Met kinase inhibitors, this signal pathway
has become the focus of oncology research. In this review, we discuss the basic mechanism, targeted
therapy, and early results of clinical trials of the HGF/c-Met pathway. |
