| 目的：探讨大腿内侧原发性软组织肉瘤的疗效与手术方法的关系。方法：45例软组织肉瘤均行广泛或根治切除术，其中20例为手术后放射治疗后复发的病例，18例术后复发的病例，7例为首次治疗；36例术后行4~6周期化疗。结果：45例中，38例获得随访，随访时间1～5年，5例复发，6例远处转移。结论：大腿内侧软组织肉瘤采用广泛及根治切除可取得较满意的疗效 |

| Objective: We aimed to study the relationship between clinical effect and surgical methods of inner thigh primary soft tissue sarcomas. Methods: Wide or radical resection were performed in 45 cases of soft tissue sarcomas, including 20 cases of postoperative recurrence after radiation therapy, 7 cases of first treatment. Thirty-six cases received 4–6 cycles of postoperative chemotherapy. Results: Thirty-eight of 45 cases were followed up for 1–5 years, with 5 case of recurrence and 6 cases of distant metastasis. Conclusion: The inner thigh primary soft tissue sarcoma can be effectively treated with wide or radical resection. |
